Dr. Christopher Murphy is a lifelong New Englander who was born and raised in Plymouth, Massachusetts, and is proud to call Maine home. He graduated magna cum laude from Providence College with a degree in Biology, then earned his dental degree and completed his orthodontic specialty training at the University of Connecticut.
A board-certified orthodontist, Dr. Murphy is actively involved in organized dentistry and orthodontics, serving in leadership roles at both the state and national levels and earning multiple awards for clinical excellence and service. He also serves as a clinical faculty member and lecturer in orthodontics and developmental biology, and specializes in early interceptive, adolescent, and adult orthodontic care with a focus on personalized treatment in a welcoming, supportive environment.
